The first of a series of signs summarizing lessons learned through participatory projects, particularly the Leipziger Zentrale and Weimar Arbeitsgruppe. The slogan and medium reference both the civic propaganda of socialism and the consumption propaganda of capitalism. They echo these exhortative calls to action, but strive to the subvert expectations of both. “collectively we support your autonomy” is enamel on aluminum with neon lettering and steel framework. It was installed on the Soap Factory’s building in Minneapolis.
